What is BDIX hosting?
BDIX is the network Bangladeshi internet providers use to exchange traffic locally. A website on a BDIX-connected server does not have to travel abroad and back, so it opens faster for visitors inside Bangladesh.
How do I pay?
In Bangladesh you can pay in taka with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. From other countries you can pay in US dollars. After you place an order you get an invoice with the payment details. Send the payment, enter the transaction ID on the invoice page, and our team activates your service as soon as it is verified.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Visitors in Bangladesh see prices in taka (BDT) and everyone else sees US dollars (USD). You can switch with the BDT / USD buttons at the top of the page. You pay in the currency you see on your invoice.
What do I need for a .bd or .com.bd domain?
A .bd name needs a Bangladeshi national ID (NID). A .com.bd name needs a trade licence or RJSC certificate. Place your order, send us the document, and we handle the registration with the registry.
Will my price go up when I renew?
Your hosting renews at the price you paid, so there is no cheap first year followed by a surprise bill. Domain renewal prices are shown in our price table before you order.
Can you move my website from another host?
Yes. Open a support ticket after ordering and share your old hosting login or a full backup. Our team moves your files, databases and email for free.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel shared hosting within 30 days of ordering and we refund you in full. Domain registrations cannot be refunded because the fee goes to the registry the moment the name is registered.
